These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the  Garden AlchemyAttachment.png website, products, services, SMS program, and purchases. By accessing our website or purchasing from Garden Alchemy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms in full.

At Garden Alchemy, we take great care in formulating and manufacturing our products using high-quality ingredients. However, all products are used at the customer’s own risk.
By purchasing and using any Garden Alchemy product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Garden Alchemy shall not be held liable for:

  • Skin irritation or sensitivities
  • Misuse of products

  • Health-related issues
  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from product use
Patch Test Requirement
We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use of any product. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, burning, or discomfort occurs and consult a licensed healthcare professional.

These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

4. Crystal & Botanical Disclaimer

Customers acknowledge:

5. Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse Service

  • Refuse service to anyone for abusive, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, or inappropriate conduct

6. Pricing & Product Availability
All pricing is subject to change without notice.

Products listed as limited edition, seasonal, discontinued, or exclusive may not return once sold out.
7. All Sales Final Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the hygienic and cosmetic nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
We do not offer refunds for:

  • Failure to read descriptions

Any approved issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with:

8. Shipping Policy & Carrier Liability
Garden Alchemy is not responsible for:

  • Carrier scanning issues
  • Shipping delays caused by weather, customs, holidays, or carrier disruptions
Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for:
  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Monitoring tracking updates
  • Filing claims with the carrier or shipping insurance provider when applicable
Orders returned due to:
  • Incorrect address
  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to claim package
  • Undeliverable address
may be subject to:
  • Reshipping fees

  • Partial refund deductions
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
9. International Orders, Customs, Taxes & Duties
Customers are solely responsible for:

International customers assume all risks associated with importing cosmetic/fragrance products into their country.
10. Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms (If Applicable)
By enrolling in any subscription or recurring purchase program, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until canceled.
Customers may manage or cancel subscriptions through their account prior to renewal.
Failure to cancel before renewal may result in automatic billing.
11. Intellectual Property
All content belonging to Garden Alchemy including but not limited to:
  • Product names
  • Branding
  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Product descriptions
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Formulas
  • Packaging designs
  • Marketing materials
are the intellectual property of Garden Alchemy and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without written permission.
Unauthorized duplication or resale may result in legal action.
12. User Conduct
You agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with website operations

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of dispute systems may result in:

Garden Alchemy maintains shipping records, tracking confirmations, fraud-prevention systems, IP logging, and order verification measures for transaction protection.
