We currently don’t accept any returns on any items unless the product is defective. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

At Garden Alchemy, we take great care in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. However, individual sensitivities and allergies can vary, and we cannot guarantee that our products will be suitable for everyone. By purchasing and using our products, you agree that Garden Alchemy is not liable for any adverse reactions, including but not limited to skin sensitivities, allergic reactions, or other health-related issues.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation or discomfort occurs and consult a healthcare professional. Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and ensuring compatibility with their individual skin and health conditions.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation of Orders/Pre Order Items and Out of Stock Items

  •  GARDEN ALCHEMY will make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory.
  • We do not offer any cancelations, all sales are FINAL.

DAMAGED ITEMS: 

if customer receives damaged or broken item you must contact GARDEN ALCHEMY through email (shopgardenalchemy@gmail.com) or Instagram (garden_alchemy) with picture proof and within 2 days of delivered package.
